Description
EMC cable glands have an extremely important task for the EMC-compliant introduction of shielded cables and lines into a shielded system. You have to ensure a permanent connection with very low resistance between the cable shield and the housing potential. Our COMPLEX-MS-EMV-KF cable glands meet these requirements in an excellent way. They offer a quick and easy EMC connection between the braided shield and the housing potential via the contacting spring and the adapter.
The assembly of our cable gland COMPLEX-MS-EMV-KF is quick and easy: Partially expose the braided screen by removing the outer sheath of the cable at a length of approx. 10 mm. Insert the cable through the dome nut and the gland body until the contact spring is pressed against the braided screen. Firmly screw on dome nut – done. Due to this principle it is possible to conduct the braided screen of the EMC cable through the entire gland body up to the clamping area of the inner wires.
